This container has been developed especially for the pharmaceutical industry. It can be used as transport-, store-, and as a blend - container.
The internal design makes cleaning easier: all corners are rounded, there are no baffles and the internal surfaces are ground to μ=0.4.
The used materials are fully GMP-compliant.
Servolift has rich experience in the optional fitting of the equipment, so the container will be manufactured according to your technological requirements.

Specifications

Material:	AISI 316L (1.4404) product contact surfaces; AISI 304 (1.4301) non-product contact surfaces.
Possible surfaces:	2B – welding seams pickled and passivated; 2В – dull finish, welding seams visible; 2В – welding seams brushed; Container completely polished, welding seams ground smooth; Electropolished According to surface treatment, Ra-values of 0,2-1μm will be guaranteed
possible discharge valves:	ND 250 various designs: butterfly valve, bolted; butterfly valve with clamp ring; valve with straigth outlet; valve with TC-flange for a huge range of options.
Custom equipment:	Air vent; Document holder; Stacking corners; Wheels; Fork guides; Clamping bars; etc.
