Inline homogeniser (DH)
Homogeniser with 2nd product supply connection.
Applications:
- For retrofitting and upgrading of existing systems;

- Instant dilution of 70% SLS (LES/ Texapon®) in cold water.

Properties:
- Flexible shearing effect (from high to low shear) through a change in direction of rotation, for the production of shear-sensitive products, etc.;
- BECOMIX’s unique hot/cold procedure reduces batch times (by up to -55%);
- Use of pumping mode in combination with an injector to disperse powders;
- Safe to run dry thanks to means of double-acting mechanical seal with sealing liquid system;

Technologies:
- Shear variability: Shear variability means that the shear intensity of our homogenisers can be specifically varied according to needs for an almost unlimited range of applications.
- Hot/cold production: In the hot/cold procedure, the molten wax phases and cold water phases are combined and immediately emulsified. The result is a reduction in production times by more than half and up to 80% lower energy consumption.
- Powder processing: BECOMIX systems offer a range of different options for the addition of raw materials in the form of powders
