Technology:

  • Shear variability: Shear variability means that the shear intensity of our homogenisers can be specifically varied according to needs for an almost unlimited range of applications.
  • Hot/cold production: In the hot/cold procedure, the molten wax phases and cold water phases are combined and immediately emulsified. The result is a reduction in production times by more than half and up to 80% lower energy consumption.
  • Powder processing: BECOMIX systems offer a range of different options for the addition of raw materials in the form of powders. The Powder Jet homogeniser is one of the quickest and cleanest options available.
