Hight-containment station

A multi-purpose mixing system consists of:

• Container blender;
• Roller compactor;
• Oscillating mill;
• Lifting column;
• Conical mill;
• WIP station.
Designed for work with the containers of the following volumes: 1500l, 1000l, 500l, 400l, 200l, 100l, 40l and with pharma drums.

Processes:

• Dry granulation - discharging from the blender container through a roller compactor into another container;
• Milling - discharging from the blender container through a conical or oscillating mill into another container;
• Simple transfer from one container into another;
• Discharge from a drum into the blender container through a transfer hose. Discharge of the drum through a mill into the container;
• Blending of different-sized containers;
• Pre-washing of the processing unit using a mobile WIP station with inlet cleaning nozzles and a collection hopper for drainage water.

Product transfer:

All connections are equipped with split butterfly valves - active/passive valve with suction.
